The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW is the latest in Morgana's range of high-speed creasers designed to eliminate the problem of cracking that occurs when folding digitally printed output. It is equally effective when creasing conventionally printed card, laminated or cross-grained stock. The AutoCreaser Pro XW can run at up to 8,500 A4 sheets per hour, with a maximum sheet size of 500mm x 700mm / 19.7" x 27.5" up to 0.4mm / 0.015" thick. This makes it an ideal solution for businesses looking to increase productivity and reduce labor costs.

Adaptive Feed Settings: The AutoCreaser Pro XW is equipped with new highly automated vacuum feed technology, specifically designed to handle the widest range of media.
Intuitive Display: The intuitive 7" SmartScreen controls all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro XW. Simply key in the sheet length (popular sizes are pre-set), touch the fold type for the finished product (letter, gate etc) and press the start button.
EasyBlade System: The machine is now equipped with the Morgana EasyBlade system, which allows easy, tool-free removal and change. The quick-release mechanism enables the blade to be easily removed or changed between jobs.
Full Cross and Part Perforation: Linear perforation is standard with the machine, with an option to add full cross and part perforation, up to 500mm / 19.7" in width. This allows production of a wide range of perforated applications including tear-off vouchers and tickets.
